Your All-Inclusive Dining Experience begins with dinner on your arrival day, includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each full day of your stay, and ends with breakfast on the morning of departure.

The entire 1000 Acres is under Tartikov Hashgacha.

Shabbos All Inclusive: Friday afternoon – Sunday morning
Guests will enjoy a traditional luxurious and sumptuous shabbos menu beginning with Toameha and ending with Sunday breakfast.
Limited Exclusive Shabbos Weekends:
On the following dates the entire property will be for shomer shabbos guests only.
Dates: May 21-24, June 5-7, July 3-5, July 23-26, August 8-10, August 21-23, August 28-30, September 10-14, September 25-27, October 9-11, October 16-18.
Other Shabbosim are also available (always under Hashgacha) but will be shared with other (non shomer shabbos) guests.

What is the dining experience like at 1000 Acres?
Guests can enjoy our delicious on-site kosher restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as our bar. Weekday and Weekend / Shabbos stays are all-inclusive, with delicious meals included in your stay.
What time are meals served?
Buffet Breakfast: 8:30-10 AM | Ala Carte Lunch: 12:30-1:30 PM | Buffet Dinner: 6:00 PM-7:30PM

Are snacks and drinks included?
Non-alcoholic beverages (water, tea, soft drinks) are included during meal times. Outside meal hours, snacks and drinks are available at our mini mart/ gift shop.
Are alcoholic beverages included with the all-inclusive package?
No. Alcoholic beverages are not included with your stay. However, we do have a bar onsite where drinks and bar food are available for purchase.
Is there a bar onsite?
Yes! The Red Dog Saloon is open most evenings for drinks, entertainment, and socializing.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most common allergies. Please let us know your dietary needs when you complete your pre-arrival forms so we can prepare for your stay.
Is there a kids' menu available?
While we don’t offer a traditional printed kids’ menu, our chefs can prepare kid-friendly favorites like chicken tenders, pasta, hotdogs, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Please ask your server if you have young ones with special meal preferences!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, due to insurance and license regulations we cannot permit guests to bring their own alcohol.
Do you offer takeout or to-go meals?
Yes, we do offer takeout and to-go meals. You’re welcome to enjoy your meal in our dining areas, on our beautiful deck overlooking the Hudson River.
Is there a dress code for meals or activities?
Casual, comfortable attire is encouraged. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required for riding and adventure activities.
Is dining open to the public?
Yes! Our restaurant is open to the public and welcomes both resort guests and outside visitors.
Do you offer special dining experiences for holidays or events?
Yes! We offer special meals for holidays like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, as well as BBQ nights, holiday buffets, and themed weekends throughout the season.
