Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.  If you occupy the room after 11:00 am you will be charged $100.00 per hour until 2:00 pm. After 2:00 pm a full night stay will be charged to the credit card that was provided upon arrival.

As we are a small independent all inclusive business, cancellations and last minute changes do affect us greatly. 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel all cancellations are treated as follows;

A $150.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. 

• 30 or more days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit will be refunded minus the $150 cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival the entire balance of deposit will be forfeited.

Number of Guests Booked Policy:

As we are a small independent all-inclusive business, cancellations and last-minute changes do affect us greatly.

In the unlikely event that some guests are unable to make your reserved dates cancelled guests are treated as follows.

•Less than 14 days prior to arrival the reservation will be billed with the original number of guests booked.

Well-behaved pets are welcomed with prior arrangement. There is an additional cost of $25 per pet/day. If pets are left unattended in the room, they must be securely crated due to housekeeping or maintenance safety.
Kennels are not provided by the resort.
Please keep your pet on a leash when outside of your room.
Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
Damage to room and/or property brought on by animal behavior will be the responsibility of the owner. Damages will be calculated on a case by case basis.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, our employees or contractors while in the course of employment.
